Founded in 1957, Junior League of Lafayette is committed to building a better Lafayette. Our members are extraordinary women who are dedicated to improving the community through effective action and leadership. By focusing on the organization’s mission, Junior League of Lafayette members raised millions of dollars over the years, which have been invested right back into the community to directly impact the lives of women and children.
Last year alone, Junior League of Lafayette awarded $135,000 in grants to support local organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana, Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana, Second Harvest Food Bank, Acadiana Center for the Arts and Lafayette Community Healthcare Clinic. And 20,714 hours of volunteer service from our members made an extraordinary impact through programs such as Kids In The Kitchen, NO FEAR NO FUTURE and Jump With Jill.
We are a league of extraordinary women. We are Junior League of Lafayette.
