Members Represent Junior League of Lafayette at AJLI Annual Conference
Five members of JLL recently traveled to San Francisco, California to represent our League at the AJLI Annual Conference: Christa Billeaud, President 2011-2012, Alison Howard, President 2012-2013, Shannon Dartez President-Elect 2012-2013, Lea Ann Remondet, Sustaining Member to the Board 2012-2013, and Sarah Berthelot, AJLI: Area V Representative. The Junior League of Lafayette was one of 293 Junior Leagues worldwide represented at the conference.
 
Spring Community Enrichment Grant
The Junior League of Lafayette is thrilled to annouce the recipient of our $25,000 Spring Community Enrichment Grant., Second Harvest Food Bank.
The "Lagniappe BackPack Program" will provide 111 at-risk students at Alice Boucher Elementary School backpacks filled with nutritious food on a weekly basis. Click here to read more.
The continuation of this program is a great advancement in Second Harvest's fight against hunger and the Junior League of Lafayette is pleased to partner with this program to provide hunger relief to children in need.
