Strawberry & Blueberry Trifle

Strawberry & Blueberry Trifle, “Something to Talk About” p. 211

1 (10 ounce) angel food cake, torn into cubes

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

15 ounce can evaporated milk

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (21 ounce) canned blueberry pie filling

8 ounces whipped topping

fresh strawberries

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with angel food cake cubes. Combine the cream cheese, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla and a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour over the cake cubes. Chill for 15 minutes. Pour the pie filling over the cake mixture. Chill for 15 minutes longer. Spread the whipped topping over the layers and top with strawberries. Chill for at least two hours before serving. Serves 12
