Plans for the 17th Annual Tinsel & Treasures Holiday Market are underway!  Tinsel & Treasures will once again be held at the Cajundome Convention Center. This facility has proven to be a shopper’s paradise with two floors of shopping! The 2010 Holiday Market dates are September 23-25, 2010.

Contracts:

Invited merchants will be sent a contract, which must be returned with a non-refundable deposit of half the booth fee to reserve booth spaceThe deposit of half of the booth rental fee will be due by May 1, 2010. The remaining balance is due in full by June 1, 2010. Booth assignments will be made upon receipt of full payment.  Failure to return fees and contracts in a timely manner will result in withdrawal of your invitation. 

Booth information:

The booth fee includes pipe-and-drape, one chair, and signage.  However, any equipment needs (tables, carpet, electricity, labor, tables, additional chairs, etc.) are available at reasonable rates. Booth placement will be on a first come-first serve basis, once all paperwork and full payment is received.

*The increase of booth rental prices reflects the rise in overhead costs.  

Booths on the left and right sides of the entrance walls to the market will be sold as corner booths.  The entrance corner booths on the right and left will be sold as prime location booths.  Some booth’s classifications have changed from the previous year.

Preview Party

You will be required to provide an item for our Silent Auction.  The value of the item will be determined by your booth size.  The item you give must be representative of the quality of your merchandise.  Your booth size will also determine the number of complimentary Preview Party tickets you will be given.
